Shiraz and Venison is back! To kick off another long weekend, please join us on Saturday 21st September 2024 from 1-3pm, when we will be firing up the BBQ again for venison brioche burgers with produce as local as you can get from just next door at Margaret River Venison farm.

You are welcome to drop in on the day, however due to the popularity of previous events, advance booking is recommended to be assured of your spot.

Passel Estate’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is now available, in perfect time for pairing with winter roasts by the fire.

This beautiful wine has already received a host of silver medals from the international wine competitions including most recently a fantastic 94 points from the International Wine Challenge 2024.

Introducing our 2021 Passel Estate Chardonnay

We are delighted to announce the much-anticipated release of our 2021 Passel Estate Chardonnay.

A classic expression of Margaret River Chardonnay, fragrant and floral, perfectly balanced with a subtle creamy finish, this beautiful wine has already received a GOLD medal in the Royal Melbourne Wine Awards, where the judges praised its “elegance” and “great depth of fruit and length”.

Just as we finished harvesting all of our shiraz fruit, following an incredibly early and very warm 2024 vintage, we were delighted to release our 2020 Passel Estate Shiraz to our wine club and in the tasting room.

The International Wine & Spirits Competition today revealed their 2023 Wine Trophy winners, following an additional blind tasting of all GOLD-medal winning wines by the IWSC Judging Committee.
