Spring is the perfect time to visit Passel Estate

Splendid colours of spring are currently on display at Passel Estate, there is no better time to visit our Tasting Room to see the many species of flora and fauna in our gardens and bushland wildlife sanctuary.

Our vines are showing new growth, wildflowers are blooming, bees are pollinating, blue wrens are flitting around the lawn and ducklings are paddling around our dam.

We have recently re-opened bookings for our Nature and Wine Walk and with the onset of warmer evenings, will soon be recommencing our Wine Sunsets experience, which we have elevated to include a stroll into the vines with our viticulturist, Tim Quinlan, to connect what’s happening in the vineyard to what you are tasting in your glass.

These unique experiences offer the best opportunities to immerse yourself in Passel Estate’s breathtakingly beautiful grounds during Western Australia’s wildflower season.

White wine is synonymous with spring, and as the temperature climbs in Margaret River, we know these tasting room favourites will continue to be very popular among our visitors. We released our new 2025 ‘La Joie’ Méthode Traditionnelle Chenin Blanc at our spring BBQ this earlier this month and will be introducing two new chardonnays before the summer.  We are especially excited to be launching soon our very first Lot 71 Reserve Chardonnay, which has already received a GOLD medal from the International Wine & Spirit Competition.
