A Margaret River Winery with conservation at it's heart

Beyond certified sustainable winegrowing, Passel Estate is a nature sanctuary. It started following the 2011 bushfires in Margaret River, when endangered Western Ringtail Possums were rehomed here. We continue to provide sanctuary to native fauna and flora, and every guided tasting supports our ongoing conservation mission.

Spring at Passel Estate: Wine, sunshine, wildflowers & wildlife!

Splendid colours of spring are currently on display at Passel Estate, and there is no better time to visit our Tasting Room to see the many species of flora and fauna in our gardens and bushland wildlife sanctuary. Our vines are showing new growth, wildflowers are blooming, bees are pollinating, blue wrens are flitting around and ducklings are wading around our dam.

We loved the chardonnay and omg their cabernet sauvignon  was one of the best ive had. Will definitely come back here. So beautiful place, the young lady and the French man were so friendly and warm. What a great find we stumbled across! Beautifully quaint setting overlooking their own little pond. There are a truckload of winery choices in the Margaret River but please give these guys a try on your way through to a few of the “big boys” in the area. Do yourself a favour and have a crack at the lot 71 Cabernet Sauvignon and the Chardonnay…..we loved them both!! The host Brieux, was very knowledgeable of the estates offerings and was charismatic and as such we stayed longer, ordered a few glasses of wine, then purchased a few bottles to go as well.

Addit.  Showed up here again with two dogs this week and we were warmly welcomed to do a tasting out on the deck. French guy(sorry can’t remember your name) was very knowledgeable and friendly and the wines were just as good as we remembered
