Discover two new experiences at Passel Estate this Summer

We are so happy to announce that visitors can now book two new experiences at Passel Estate commencing this summer, with a portion of the proceeds of each booking going directly towards the nature and wildlife conservation program at the Estate.

The new bookable experiences have been developed by owners Wendy and Barry Stimpson to offer a deeper level of immersion when you visit us here at Passel Estate.

“We want to to provide an opportunity for guests to have an even greater connection with the estate when they visit, while also contributing to the nature conservation efforts at Passel Estate.”

Wine Sunsets Reimagined

A welcome glass of La Joie, Passel Estate’s traditional method sparkling wine, sets the scene for a relaxing and intimate early evening in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate. Take a stroll with our viticulturist into the vineyard before settling down back at the tasting room for a private after-hours wine tasting alongside a platter of artisanal cheeses and other local produce.

“We wanted visitors to be able to witness the tranquil beauty of the vineyard and tasting room as the sun sets over the vines, alongside an intimate discovery of our wines and our story, while relaxing at the end of the day. I think it is a very romantic experience and one you cannot find anywhere else in Margaret River.”

Chardonnay Immersion Masterclass

Explore and compare the distinct flavours of the Chardonnay clones planted at Passel Estate. Relish in the bold flavours of our iconic Gingin clone; admire the restrained elegance of Burgundy’s Dijon clone 95; and witness the magic that occurs when the clones are thoughtfully blended by our winemaker to craft a complex and layered Chardonnay worth savouring.

“We are very excited to be expanding our Chardonnay repertoire with the release this summer of our first Lot 71 Reserve Chardonnay from a single clone.  We created this Masterclass to showcase the versatility of this grape, and the supreme elegance that occurs across a surprising range of expressions of Margaret River’s Queen varietal.”
