Ten years ago, Wendy and Barry Stimpson embarked on a journey, with a vision to make the finest wines possible from sustainably grown vineyards and rehabilitate natural bushland habitats on the property to protect endangered, native wildlife.

As we prepare to celebrate our 10th anniversary at Passel Estate, we feel incredibly proud of the wildlife protected, bushland restored and the truly beautiful wines we’ve shared with you.

We invite you to join Wendy and Barry for a late afternoon soirée in the stunning grounds of Passel Estate, to celebrate and share in this exciting milestone.

Be greeted on arrival with a glass of Passel Estate’s ‘La Joie’ méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine, alongside an interactive oyster bar and live shucking service from Chef George Cooper.

Savour an exceptional six-course roaming menu crafted by Tiller Dining, paired with Passel Estate wines of your choice, including special museum releases.

Mingle with the owners, the winemakers and viticulturist amidst the picturesque surrounds, while Kevin MacDonald & Mel Tuoma entertain you with their timeless mix of live vintage jazz, swing and soulful contemporary music.
