We are seeking a Tasting Room Venue Supervisor

Passel Estate is a very small, family-owned vineyard in the heart of Margaret River, producing critically acclaimed wines while also supporting native wildlife conservation.

We are seeking an experienced cellar door salesperson to help manage our tasting room venue and operations, and deliver Passel Estate’s guided tastings, immersive experiences and wine events.

You will work closely with the Owners and our Sales Manager to manage our tasting room venue to ensure exceptional guest-experiences. Key responsibilities include maintaining the premises, supervising staff and driving wine sales and wine club member engagement.

It is a hands-on position requiring operational excellence, warm hospitality, attention to detail and sales skills.

It is a permanent or permanent part-time position offering superannuation and leave entitlements. The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 or 4 days a week, including some weekends. Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications. Training and development opportunities will be provided.

RSA certification is essential and you will be required to obtain Approved Manager certification. Applicants must hold full working rights in Australia.
