It is with great excitement that we announce the release of our Passel Estate 2017 Sauvignon Blanc. This release marks the completion of our core range of Passel Estate wines, and what better time to launch and celebrate this milestone than 16th November 2017 – alongside Margaret River’s Gourmet Escape Festival of Food and Wine?
Visit our Tasting Room on the day, and right through to the end of December to help us celebrate by tasting this stunning wine with a complementary artisan cheese pairing, or enjoy a glass on the deck overlooking the dam and vineyard in the spring sunshine.
Single vineyard, sauvignon blanc fruit is harvested in the early hours of the morning, cold crushed to press before fermentation, 20% in the finest new French oak. The Passel Estate 2017 Sauvignon Blanc presents an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, lemon zest and freshly cut pear. A crisp entry on the palate, reveals limes, white stone fruit and sugar snap peas. The freshness continues through the palate, boasting a sheer mineral and crunchy natural acidity bolstered by white fruits and subtle French oak tones of brioche and toasted nuts on the finish.
