Passel Estate in Top Wineries of Australia 2021

We are proud to announce that Passel Estate is one of The Real Review Top Wineries of Australia 2021!

With over 10,000 wines from around 1,600 wineries in Australia and New Zealand assessed by The Real Review this year, it is a great honour to be highlighted amongst the industry’s finest producers.

Aaron Brasher, for The Real Review, recently tasted our newly released 2016 Passel Estate Lot 71 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, awarding it a GOLD ribbon and 95 points:

“Brambly, briary, there’s some bushy, hedgey, underbrush aromatics happening here and it’s intertwined with an ample dose of blackcurrant, graphite and dark cherry. The flavours are mid-weighted and in the blue-black fruit spectrum and there’s that brambly, slightly edgy, leafy (but ripe) cabernet thing happening as well. Plenty of complexity, layers and sophistication here. A very smart wine now, but best give it time to show what it can do.”
