Introducing our new viticulturist, Tim Quinlan

We are absolutely delighted to introduce our new viticulturist at Passel Estate, Tim Quinlan.

With a first class honours degree in biology, Tim started his career as a botanist before moving into the wine industry over 30 years ago.  He shares owners Wendy and Barry’s dedication to wildlife and nature conservation.

A master of precision wine-growing, Tim will be managing the vineyard year-round, working very closely with our winemakers, Bruce and Remi, to cultivate exceptional fruit for our premium wines.  He is rigorous in maintaining sustainable practices throughout the vineyard, from water management through to soil biodiversity and pest management.

Tim also loves sharing his deep knowledge of the vineyard with our guests, so stay tuned for news of a uniquely immersive ‘vine to wine’ tasting experience with Tim that we will be offering in the coming months.
