Here comes the Sun! Our full range of our guided wine tasting experiences is now available.

As wildflowers burst into bloom and budburst appears on our vines, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve resumed bookings for our Nature and Wine Walks and Wine Sunsets!

Located in the heart of Western Australia’s Margaret River Wine Region, we offer guests a unique range of guided tasting experiences to immerse themselves in the very special place that is Passel Estate.

Over the warmer months, visitors are invited to take a Nature and Wine Walk with us to learn about our passion for producing premium single-vineyard wines and our promise to protect the Australian wildlife found here in our conservation sanctuary.

Together we explore the estate’s dedicated bushland wildlife sanctuary, which is home to our passel (family) of critically endangered Western Ringtail Possums. Then we pour a taste of our award-winning Shiraz alongside the vines it originated from before returning for a full guided wine tasting alongside a delicious, locally sourced artisanal cheese platter.

Our Wine Sunset experience offers the opportunity to enjoy an intimate, after-hours guided wine tasting and a farmhouse fresh cheese platter as the sun sets over our vineyards.

Nature and Wine Walks and Wine Sunsets will be offered here at Passel Estate until late March. Advance bookings are essential for these experiences.

Experiences offered all year round in our Tasting Room include:

• Welcome to Passel Estate ~ A guided tasting of our signature single-vineyard Margaret River wines – Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Classical Wine and Cheese Pairing ~ Each of our wines is paired with a delectable taste of locally handmade cheese chosen to perfectly balance and enhance the qualities of its matching wine.

• Wine and Food Pairing experience ~ Taste our award-winning wines alongside bespoke chocolate encased bonbons crafted by Margaret River’s premier chocolatier, Nadia Haskell of Harlequin Desert.

Visitors are welcome to upgrade their experience by tasting our rare and refined Lot 71 Reserve Syrah and Lot 71 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (under Coravin) for a small additional tasting fee.
