Visitors to the Tasting Room are invited to taste the Passel Estate range of wines alongside benchmark wines from renowned wine regions across Australia, in a unique guided tasting that showcases Margaret River’s stylistic differences. This represents a bold new approach to wine tasting in Margaret River and wines are carefully selected to ensure they are both delicious and show distinctive regional characters.
The Provenance Unearthed tasting comprises six fine wines:
- A Chardonnay from Mornington Peninsula alongside the 2015 Passel Estate Chardonnay
- A Shiraz from the Barossa Valley alongside the 2015 Passel Estate Shiraz
- A Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra alongside the 2015 Passel Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Guests for the Provenance Unearthed guided tasting should allow at least 30 minutes, ensuring a relaxed and informative experience. Price is $25.00 and bookings are preferred.
Visitors are also welcome to drop in and taste the Passel Estate range without charge.
