Join us for a vertical Sauvignon Blanc tasting morning

Passel Estate’s Sauvignon Blanc has been attracting a lot of critical attention recently for its fragrant, intense fruits and zesty edge, with subtle French oak adding complexity. The current 2018 vintage was declared one of WineState Magazine’s “Best Wines of 2020” in their recent Wine of the Year Special Edition.

Our valued Wine Club members are warmly invited to bring a guest and join owner, Barry Stimpson, in an exclusive vertical tasting of this stunning varietal wine. A light selection of brunch pastries and bonbons will be served alongside, all in the gorgeous summer surrounds of our tasting room.

Barry will guide guests through the evolution of this aromatic and textured wine as you taste 3 consecutive vintages, including a rare museum release and an exclusive first taste of the 2019 vintage prior to its release later this year.
