Voila! Our new Sauvignon Blanc is now available!

Mother Nature has officially signalled the start of white wine weather in Margaret River; the sun is shining; wildflowers are blooming and budburst is visible on our vines. What better way to celebrate the arrival of spring than by introducing our new vintage Sauvignon Blanc?

Perfect ripening conditions in early 2020 resulted in a vintage of outstanding fruit quality with great concentration and mouth-watering levels of natural acidity.

This superb new vintage has already attracted some pleasing pre-release accolades, including a 93-POINT score from The Real Review’s Ralph Kyte-Powell, who provided this fabulous description:

“Ultra-pale in appearance, this Margaret River sauvignon opens subtle and complex, with aromas of citrus fruits, tarragon and green nectarine, a gentle thread of oak tracking through it. It’s mouth-filling and flavoursome, with a fresh lemony tang to keep it appetising. Easy to like.”

This sensory journey showcases each of our award-winning wines with artisanal chocolate-encased bon bons designed by Margaret River’s premier chocolatier, Nadia Haskell of Harlequin Dessert. Each bespoke bon bon complements and amplifies the sensory experience of its accompanying wine.

As the taste of each new vintage wine varies according to growing conditions, Nadia reviews and tweaks the bon bons she crafts exclusively for us with each new wine release to ensure they continue to pair perfectly for this tailored experience in our Tasting Room. Nadia has recently adjusted her lemongrass white chocolate bon bon to thoroughly suit our new 2020 Passel Estate Sauvignon Blanc and we can confirm it is divine!
