Experience the beauty of Passel Estate in Springtime, at an intimate roaming Garden Party in partnership with Margaret River’s very own MasterChef Pâtissier, Romain Lassiaille of Maison Lassiaille.
Guests will be welcomed at the tasting room with a generous glass of Passel Estate’s award-winning Sauvignon Blanc. They will then be invited to explore Passel Estate via a progressive wine tasting at different picturesque locations around Passel Estate.
Guests will learn about different aspects of Passel Estate while enjoying a taste of our award-winning single-vineyard wines, including the rare and exclusive Lot 71 Reserve wines and a back-vintage chardonnay, perfectly paired in each case with a decadent high tea treat prepared specially for the occasion by Chef Romain.
The event will be hosted by the owners, Barry and Wendy Stimpson, but guests can progress through the afternoon at their own pace and there will be live, classical string music. Guests may wish to come dressed in their most elegant garden party attire, but appropriate footwear for the vineyard and trail should be worn.
There will be opportunities after the tasting to purchase wine by the glass to enjoy on the deck while taking in the beautiful springtime surrounds and exclusive offers for any wine purchased on the day.
Your ticket includes a welcome glass of Passel Estate Sauvignon Blanc, a progressive tasting through six wines including our rare and refined Lot 71 Reserve wines and a museum Chardonnay paired with a selection of sweet and savoury pastries from Maison Lassiaille, live classical music and a vineyard and garden tour. A vegetarian option is available by prior request at the time of booking.
