Experience the magical beauty of French chansons as the renowned Dutch singer-songwriter Tess Merlot reunites with guitarist Kevin McDonald, to entertain you with her irrepressible joie de vivre, performing songs from Jacques Brel, Edith Piaf and Charles Aznavour as well as her own catalogue.

Relax on the deck in the autumn sunshine and enjoy a succulent serving of slow-roasted, local lamb shoulder kebab perfectly paired with a glass of our award-winning Passel Estate 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon.

Esteemed wine writer, Ray Jordan, recently awarded our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon  an incredible 96 points, saying:

“2018 will be regarded as one of the greatest, if not the greatest Margaret River cabernet vintages. This is a beautiful example, and I do like the slightly more restrained way the wine has been presented.”

“Dominant black currant with a little brick dust and graphite on the nose. The palate is seamlessly smooth with the tight core of minerally tannins and fine grained oak supporting it through to a very long finish. A class wine.”
